Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director at Accenture and a founding member of Accenture Interactive. An entrepreneur at heart, Ghafouri has founded three successful digital businesses, including CadenceQuest (acquired by Accenture). He serves as a Board Member at Virtus Innovation Fund and an AI Advisor to Energy Innovation Capital.

Suzanne specializes in leveraging data, relationship intelligence, and emerging AI tools to modernize BD practices and strengthen client relationships. A Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and a Competitive Intelligence Fellow, she pioneered the discipline of law firm competitive intelligence more than 20 years ago. Zena authored "Business Intelligence for Law Firms" (2012) and "A Practical Guide to Competitive Intelligence" (2022). She has taught competitive intelligence at the University of Toronto and Rutgers University, and product marketing at York University's Schulich School of Business. Her career includes roles at McCarthy Tetrault LLP, Bennett Jones LLP, and Thomson Reuters.

Christie Cáceres
Christie Cáceres is the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer at Sheppard, with nearly 30 years of experience in legal marketing. Christie is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Legal Sales and Service Organization (LSSO) and former co-chair of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) CMO Experience program. She also serves on the Board and as Fundraising Chair for TotalLink2 Community, an organization supporting young adults with developmental disabilities.
